Secure Cross-Domain Collaboration: SAMANSIC enables a service for secure, automated communication, including instant messaging, video conferencing, and document sharing, that can bridge classified and unclassified networks as required for inter-agency task forces and emergency response.

The Coalition requests End User/Beneficiary facilitation of:

A neutral Exploratory Working Group to validate the technological and ethical architecture of SIINA.
Pilot Sovereignty Studies in three to five member states to establish Reality Key baselines.
A binding Ethical and Governance Charter ensuring data sovereignty, algorithmic transparency, and human agency.

Significance:
SIINA addresses the structural inadequacy of 20th-century governance instruments in managing 21st-century exponential risks. Co-Authorship of Ethical and Governance Framework

We invite your legal, ethical, and governance experts to co-author the binding framework that will govern SIINA’s deployment. This framework will be finalized before any implementation begins.
