Effective immediately, Princess Shnaz Abdul is vested with full authority to act as the Strategic Commercial Architect for the SAMANSIC Coalition's five sovereign programs within the designated nation. Her mandate encompasses the full lifecycle of commercial and strategic execution, including but not limited to:

Identifying and evaluating patentable innovations (at any stage of research) emerging from coalition research;
Securing and managing intellectual property rights across all relevant jurisdictions;
Negotiating, structuring, and executing license agreements with established defense, aerospace, biotech, and telecommunications firms, as well as with new startups, across partner nations including Turkey, Jordan, Canada, Indonesia, and Malaysia;
Managing a comprehensive revenue portfolio to ensure proceeds are strategically reinvested into ongoing research and development;
Structuring public-private partnerships that mitigate investment risk through sovereign offtake agreements;
Accelerating technology transfer from laboratory prototypes to market-ready operational capabilities;
